The manufacturing process for these timing belts begins with the creation of a woven/rubberized mat which is then assembled to form a roll. This roll is then mounted on a vulcanization mold with a specific tooth profile.

In the subsequent stages, various layers of rubberized material and the traction wire are applied and vulcanized. The tension cable, made of fiberglass, transmits the load, providing greater stability to the belt.

This tension cord is a continuous material, thus providing the belt with considerable tensile strength.

Furthermore, the belt is equipped with a white Teflon inner coating and a reinforced tensile cord, thus ensuring longer replacement intervals
